 NOAA: Application Received for Permit to Photograph Humpback Whales in Hawaii WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration received a permit application for commercial and educational photography of marine mammals. The application was submitted by Emily McCulliss Photography LLC, Littleton, Colorado. The permit would allow the company to film humpback whales and eight other non-listed cetacean species.
