WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 -- The Wisconsin Technical College System has submitted a public comment letter to the U.S. Department of Education objecting to a proposed addition to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) that would introduce a new "Admissions and Consumer Transparency Supplement" (ACTS) survey component for all four-year institutions using selective college admissions.
