WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- A coalition of 15 environmental and advocacy organizations has issued a public comment letter to the U.S. Geological Survey expressing strong opposition to the potential inclusion of metallurgical coal on the 2025 Draft List of Critical Minerals.
