New WKU multipurpose facility named Tim and Sarah Ford Fieldhouse
At a special-called WKU Board of Regents meeting today (Sept. 25), the philanthropic naming of the new state-of-the-art Hilltopper Fieldhouse was approved as the Tim and Sarah Ford Fieldhouse in recognition of a $3 million gift from the Fords.
The 120,000-square-foot Tim and Sarah Ford Fieldhouse will be home to the WKU Forensics

WKU TRIO Student Support Services Programs awarded new federal funding
Western Kentucky University has received renewed federal funding for two cornerstone TRIO programs that provide first-generation, income-eligible, and students with disabilities the tools they need to succeed in higher education.
The U.S. Department of Education has awarded WKU's Student Support Services (SSS) program $1.8 mi
