WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Wisconsin Association of Distributors Executive Director Dan Leaman submitted a public comment letter to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) expressing firm opposition to a proposed rule that would set a maximum nicotine content level for cigarettes and other combusted tobacco products.
