WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) has submitted a public comment letter to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) addressing concerns related to state laws that impose severe restrictions on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in products. WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management will hold a competitive lease sale for federal coal resources in Big Horn County, Montana. The sale will be conducted through sealed bids in compliance with the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended.
