WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration has confirmed its plan to eliminate regulations for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program. The rules will be removed from the Code of Federal Regulations on September 2, 2025. These regulations, which have been in place for years, are no longer considered necessary.
