WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 (TNSFR) -- East Texas Financial Corp., Kilgore, is seeking to acquire Texas National Bancorporation and its subsidiary, Texas National Bank of Jacksonville, a move that is under evaluation by the Federal Reserve System.
