The U.S. Postal Service will commemorate the life and legacy of President Jimmy Carter with the issuance of a commemorative stamp at The Carter Center in Atlanta on Oct.1, on what would have been his 101st birthday. The dedication ceremony for the stamp is free and open to the public.
