WASHINGTON, Aug. 30 (TNSFR) -- Dominion Energy South Carolina Inc., Cayce, has prompted a federal review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. The company, which operates the Parr Hydroelectric Project on the Broad River in Newberry and Fairfield counties, is seeking to extend a seasonal turbine venting period.
