WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- The Maine Primary Care Association (MPCA), Augusta, has issued a public comment letter to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) expressing serious concerns regarding proposed changes to the interpretation of what constitutes a "Federal Public Benefit."
