WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 (TNSoth) -- The "A" emergency diesel generator at the V.C. Summer Nuclear Station Unit 1 automatically actuated on August 11, 2025, in a non-emergency event. This event, reported to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, occurred while the reactor was operating at 100% power.
