WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is reviewing a request to modify water flow from the Lookout Shoals Hydroelectric Project in North Carolina. Duke Energy Carolinas LLC seeks a temporary variance from the plant's standard flow requirements to conduct maintenance.
