Ky. PSC: Environmental Group Granted Party Status in Kentucky Power Case
FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Aug. 12 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has granted the Sierra Club full intervention in a proceeding involving Kentucky Power Co., Ashland. The motion, filed on behalf of the environmental group, was approved in an order (Case No. 2025-00175) regarding the utility's application for approval of capital investments.
