WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- The General Accountability Office has dismissed a protest filed by All American Express Solutions LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business from Indianapolis, Indiana, regarding a contract for courier services. The contract was awarded by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to Rollin'O'Stop LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business from Ellenwood, Georgia. All American Express Solutions challenged the award on three primary grounds: that Rollin'O  more
