BLM: North Dakota Coal Tracts Slated for Auction
WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (TNSFR) -- An auction for federal coal resources in Mercer County, North Dakota, is set to occur. The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management announced the offering of four tracts for competitive lease by sealed bid. The sale is scheduled for 10 a.m. Mountain Time on September 3, 2025, at the BLM Montana State Office in Billings.
