WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 (TNSFR) -- LMFakro LLC has withdrawn its application for manufacturing activity at its plant in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The company's action, confirmed by the U.S. Department of Commerce Foreign-Trade Zones Board, effectively ends the consideration of the matter.
The company requested the cessation of its production plans on July 31, 2025. The original notification was filed on April 3, 2025, and a docket was created for the request on April 10, 2025.
