WASHINGTON, July 31 -- The Federal Communications Commission has adopted a consent decree (Docket No. DA 25-649) with Nashville License Holdings LLC, Los Angeles, California, the licensee of full power television station WNAB in Nashville, Tennessee, resolving pending matters regarding compliance with rules governing advertising during children's programming.

WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 -- The Federal Communications Commission has approved a request from U.S. Cellular Corp., Chicago, Illinois, to give up its eligible telecommunications carrier designations in four states.
