N.H. PUC to Repeal Utility Customer Relations Rule
WASHINGTON, July 26 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, Concord, has announced its intent to repeal N.H. Code Admin. Rules Puc ch. 1200, concerning the "Uniform Administration of Utility Customer Relations" (Docket No. DRM 25-047). This action reflects the transfer of the commission's previous authority and obligations regarding utility service termination procedures to the Department of Energy.

National Park Service Seeks Public Comment on Historic Property Nominations Across 9 States
WASHINGTON, July 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior National Park Service has issued a notice seeking electronic comments on properties nominated for listing or related actions in the National Register of Historic Places.
