WASHINGTON, July 23 -- The Federal Communications Commission has concluded its investigation into the operations of MPS Media of Tennessee License LLC, Chattanooga and MPS Media of Tallahassee License LLC, Florida, following violations of commercial limits during children's programming. The investigation and associated enforcement actions have been resolved through a consent decree (Docket No. DA 25-643) adopted by the Media Bureau.
