WASHINGTON, July 22 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has granted Duke Energy Kentucky Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio, a deviation from standard notice requirements regarding its application (Case No. 2025-00229) for an adjustment to its Pipeline Modernization Mechanism rates and for tariff approval.
