N.Y. PSC: State Seeks Public Input on Pipeline Certificate Transfer
WASHINGTON, July 19 -- The New York State Public Service Commission, Albany, is soliciting public comments on a proposal to transfer 20 pipeline operation certificates from Minard Run Oil Co., Bradford, Pennsylvania, to Greenway Energy LLC, Aiken, South Carolina. The certificates cover pipelines located in Cayuga, Seneca, Wayne, and Madison counties.
