North Carolina Regulators Initiate Review for Proposed Sampson County Solar Facility
WASHINGTON, July 11 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission, Raleigh, has issued an order (Docket No. SP-76780, SUB 0) requiring public notice and a clearinghouse review for the "Application of Ironbound Solar, LLC, for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Construct a 40 MWAC Solar Facility in Sampson County, North Carolina".
