WASHINGTON, July 10 -- The American Train Dispatchers Association, Cleveland, Ohio, submitted a public comment letter to the U.S. Department of Transportation, urging the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) to reject a waiver petition filed by Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC).
