DENVER, Colorado, July 1 -- The Colorado Department of Agriculture issued the following news release: * * * Nine Equine Welfare Projects Selected to Receive State Grant Funding The Colorado Department of Agriculture has selected new organizations to receive grants for projects that advance equine welfare in Colorado.
