WASHINGTON, June 27 (TNSLrpt) -- A new analysis from the R Street Institute claims that the U.S. Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) has significantly contributed to environmental degradation, particularly water quality issues, costing taxpayers hundreds of millions in mitigation efforts.
