WASHINGTON, June 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule (EPA-R03-OAR-2024-0513; FRL-12075-01-R3) entitled "Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; West Virginia; Revisions to Regulation for Control of Ozone Season Nitrogen Oxide Emissions."
