Complaint Against Grayson Rural Electric Cooperative Dismissed by Ky. PSC
WASHINGTON, June 14 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission has dismissed a complaint filed by John Elwood Russell against Grayson Rural Electric Cooperative Corp., Kentucky. The order, issued by the Commission, concludes Case No. 2024-00411, titled "John Elwood Russell v. Grayson Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation."
Russell submitted a complaint on December 23, 2024, alleging that his utility bills had tripled and requesting a reduction to previous levels.

Ky. PSC Suspends Duke Energy Kentucky Gas Rate Hike Request
WASHINGTON, June 14 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission has suspended the proposed natural gas rate adjustments sought by Duke Energy Kentucky Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio. The suspension, effective for six months, means the rates will not take effect until at least Jan. 2, 2026. This decision comes as the Commission initiates an investigation into the utility's application, filed on June 2, 2025.
