WASHINGTON, June 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a final rule amending the deadline for submitting unpublished health and safety studies under the Toxic Substances Control Act. This rule, identified by 40 CFR Part 716, extends the reporting period for manufacturers, including importers, of 16 specified chemical substances.

WASHINGTON, June 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a final rule superseding an earlier airworthiness directive related to Airbus SAS Model A350-941 and -1041 airplanes.
This action addresses an unsafe condition concerning crew oxygen cylinder assemblies that could lead to particle ingestion and potential ignition or fire during ground operational testing. The prior AD, 2020-03-14, required inspections and replacement of discrepant parts.
