EPA Issues Clean Data Determination for Los Angeles South Coast Air Basin
WASHINGTON, June 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a clean data determination for the Los Angeles-South Coast Air Basin in California.
This determination is based on the area's attainment of the 2006 24-hour fine particulate matter (PM2.5) national ambient air quality standards. As a result of this CDD, certain Clean Air Act requirements for California will be suspended as long as the area continues to meet these standards.
