WASHINGTON, June 1 -- The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) has submitted extensive comments on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed 2026 Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities.
