Ky. PSC Denies Duke Energy Kentucky's $25 Million Capital Lease Request
WASHINGTON, May 29 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission has denied Duke Energy Kentucky Inc.'s, Cincinnati, Ohio, application to enter into up to $25 million in capital lease obligations. The utility had sought authorization to utilize capital leases as a flexible financing option for its capital requirements through December 31, 2026.
