WASHINGTON, May 16 -- The Federal Communications Commission's Media Bureau has awarded a construction permit for a new low power FM (LPFM) radio station in Taunton, Massachusetts, to Casa de Adoracion Inc., resolving a mutually exclusive application dispute.
