WASHINGTON, May 15 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy Southeastern Power Administration (SEPA) has issued a notice proposing adjustments to wholesale power rates and a revision of the true-up mechanism for the Kerr-Philpott System, affecting service across Virginia and North Carolina.
