Arkansas Archeological Survey Completes Inventory of Associated Funerary Object to Caddo Nation of Oklahoma
WASHINGTON, May 14 (TNSFR) -- The Arkansas Archeological Survey, Fayetteville, has completed an inventory of associated funerary objects and has determined a cultural affiliation with the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma. The object, a Keno-trailed bottle, was excavated by Joe Walker Jr. in 1978 in Lonsdale, Arkansas, and was later donated to ARAS by Mrs. Wanda Hoffman.
This object is associated with human remains that were previously repatriated to the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma in 2002. The object was
