Ky. PSC: Kentucky Attorney General Joins Duke Energy Rate Case
FRANKFORT, Kentucky, May 6 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted the motion of the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky to intervene in a case involving Duke Energy Kentucky, Inc. The case concerns Duke Energy's application for a natural gas rate adjustment, approval of new tariffs, and other related requests.
