WASHINGTON, April 26 -- The House Judiciary Committee issued a report (H.Rpt. 119-28) on the Promptly Ending Political Prosecutions and Executive Retaliation Act (H.R. 1789), which aims to amend Title 28 of the U.S. Code to clarify the removability of certain actions against current and former Presidents and other senior executive officials.
