Maine Certifies Waterboro Water District Easement Transfer
HALLOWELL, Maine, April 25 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has certified that the transfer of a construction and maintenance easement from the Waterboro Water District to the Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT) does not require Commission authorization. The certification, issued on April 24, 2025, was made by the Director of Telephone and Water Utility Industries, acting under delegated authority from the Commission.
