TOPEKA, Kansas, March 28 -- The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) has granted the Citizens' Utility Ratepayer Board (CURB) the right to intervene in a case concerning Evergy Metro, Inc.'s application to update its Transmission Delivery Charge tariff, as detailed in Docket No. 25-EKME-358-TAR.
