FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 26 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued an order regarding Jackson Energy Cooperative's application for an alternative rate adjustment, addressing the cooperative's request for a specific effective date for its proposed tariffs. While the PSC denied Jackson Energy's motion to formally establish March 1, 2025, as the effective date, it clarified the utility's ability to implement the proposed rates on or after that date, subject to potential refunds  more
