CONCORD, New Hampshire, Feb. 12 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has issued an order clarifying the scope of its ongoing review of the state's net metering tariff (NEM 2.0). The clarification, dated February 10, 2025, responds to a motion from the New Hampshire Department of Energy (DOE) seeking greater clarity on several issues raised in a supplemental order of notice issued by the PUC in November 2024.
