Lavaughn Barnett found to have violated New Hampshire Civil Rights Act
Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Hillsborough County Superior Court--Northern Judicial District has found that Lavaughn Barnett violated the New Hampshire Civil Rights Act. This ruling follows an evidentiary hearing regarding an incident that took place on August 8, 2023.

N.H. PUC: Sunapee Submits Community Power Plan for State Approval
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Feb. 5 -- The Town of Sunapee has officially submitted its Community Power Electric Aggregation Plan to the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (PUC) for review and approval. The filing, dated February 3, 2025, is in accordance with RSA 53-E:7, which governs community power aggregation plans in the state.
The PUC has issued an order of notice, acknowledging the receipt of Sunapee's plan and announcing a period for public comment. RSA 53-E:7, II mandates that the PU
