N.Y. PSC Issues Erratum on Battery Storage Ownership Transfer Ruling
ALBANY, New York, Feb. 5 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued an erratum notice regarding its December 23, 2024, declaratory ruling on the transfer of ownership interests in a battery energy storage system.
