CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, Jan. 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri issued the following news release: U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. on Thursday sentenced Georgia R. Phillips, 49, of East St. Louis, Illinois, to 120 months (10 years) in federal prison for the offense of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base.
