Kansas Corporation Commission Approves Liberty's Request for One-Year Waiver on Transmission Rate Tariff
TOPEKA, Kansas, Jan. 29 -- The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) has granted Liberty, an electric utility company, a one-year waiver from a requirement in its Transmission Delivery Charge (TDC) tariff.
Liberty had requested a waiver from the requirement to reset certain class allocators within its tariff every five years. The Commission, after reviewing the request and considering staff recommendations, approved the waiver.
