FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 25 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless and The Towers, LLC d/b/a Vertical Bridge to construct and operate a new wireless telecommunications tower in Taylor County.
