Justice Department Secures Agreement With Vermont School District to Remedy Race-Based Harassment of Students
WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release on Jan. 8, 2025:
The Justice Department today announced a settlement agreement (https://www.justice.gov/crt/media/1383441/dl) with the Elmore-Morristown Unified Union School District (EMUU) in Vermont to resolve its investigation into allegations that the district failed to adequately respond to student-on-student racial harassment.
