FAA Modifies Airspace Around Giddings-Lee County Airport
WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has finalized an amendment to the Class E airspace surrounding Giddings-Lee County Airport in Giddings, Texas. The changes are necessary following the decommissioning of the Industry very high frequency omnidirectional range (VOR) as part of the VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) Program.
These adjustments ensure the airspace remains in compliance with FAA regulations and supports continued Instrument Flight Rules (IFR)

FAA Revokes Class E Airspace at Follett, Texas
WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has officially revoked the Class E airspace at Follett/Lipscomb County Airport in Follett, Texas, effective April 17, 2025.
