CAIR Reiterates Support for South Carolina Hate Crime Bill
WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations issued the following news release on Dec. 17, 2024:
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today reiterated its support for a hate crime bill to again be introduced in the South Carolian legislature.
South Carolina is one of just two states without a hate crime law.
