BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Dec. 10 -- Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill issued the following news on Dec. 9, 2024:
Attorney General Murrill announced that Louisiana received $1,400,289 from a settlement with Marriott International, Inc. A coalition of 50 Attorneys General reached settlements as the result of a multistate investigation into a large multi-year data breach of one of its guest reservation databases.
